Houston Total Body 2-Day Course 1 , June 8/9 2024
The Integrated Clinical Dry Total Body Needling Course 1 provides clinicians with an understanding of the history, dry needling mechanisms, evidence for the utilization of dry needling, needle handling and CDC safety, pain education, and clinical application and utilization of dry needling techniques of the most clinically relevant muscles. The course will also cover specific rules and regulations specific to the state. Additionally, participants will be able to integrate the basics of pain sciences into their clinical practices. All participants will review trigger points, patient positioning, relevant anatomy including vasculature, nervous tissue, and viscera, and dry needle techniques and needle handling for all listed muscles. The course includes an online prep course and an in-person 2 day course.

The second Integrated Clinical Dry Total Body Needling Course 2 provides clinicians with a deeper understanding of the dry needling mechanisms, evidence for the utilization of dry needling, pain education, and clinical application and utilization of dry needling techniques of the most clinically relevant muscles. This course is designed for those who are already dry needling certifiedAll participants will review trigger points, patient positioning, relevant anatomy including vasculature, nervous tissue, and viscera, and dry needle techniques and needle handling for all listed muscles. This course expands on the first course and adds multiple new needling locations and will help you become a confident and proficient dry needling practitioner equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge to help your patients
Participation: Class size limited to 20 participants for EACH course. Course start on Saturday morning at 8 am.
